Mornings on the Hill is a NCC News show that can be seen live on the Orange Television Network (OTN), Wednesdays 10 -10:30 a.m. (Channel 14.1 on campus cable) and streaming live on orangetv.syr.edu. “MOTH” is written, reported, produced and hosted by Newhouse broadcast and digital journalism seniors and graduate students. The show focus on events, people and issues of interest to the campus community. Featuring live interviews, in-depth stories, and a wide variety of University and community-related content, Mornings on the Hill is the show to watch for morning news.
NCC NEWS 4 P.M. NEWSCAST - JUNE, 20, 2018
Newhouse's Broadcast and Journalist last step is held during the month of June, where the Master's Students have to do a 30 minute Local News Newscast. They rotate in all positions, from video editor to producer. The June 20th edition was produced by Rafael Freitas
BANDEIRANTES NEWS AT NIGHT, JANUARY 4, 2018
During his winter break in Syracuse, Rafael spent 15 days with Rede Bandeirantes de Comunicação (second largest TV Station in Brazil) International Correspondent Murilo Borges.
Rafael was the reporter's producer for 15 days, helping him to write, produce, shoot and edit all his stories.
